Holistic health may be defined as living in balance and harmony. If you think of ease as being the original and natural state of harmony and balance, dis-ease is what happens when they are lost. In a state of holistic health, any loss of balance is compensated for early, so major imbalance doesn’t develop. The result is optimal health.
